Within 72 hours: Any cancellations with 72 hours or ‘No shows’ will be required to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the total room nights cancelled at the advertised rate.

Deposit

A deposit of one night’s payment for your nominated hotel or a credit card number is required with registration to secure your booking. Please note your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel to secure the booking only, and no monies will be deducted by the Congress Secretariat. The hotel at its discretion may choose to debit your credit card for one night’s accommodation.

Accommodation cancellation policy

Hotel guests will be subject to the cancellation policy of their nominated hotel. Please visit the Congress website www.pac10.com.au should you wish to be made aware of the policy.

Preferences

We ask that you please indicate your first three preferences of hotels when booking accommodation via the registration form. Limited rooms are available at each property and we recommend accommodation be booked early. Should all three preferences not be available – EECW Pty Ltd will contact you.

Amendments to bookings

Amendments to accommodation including hotels, check-in/check-out dates and room type will only be accepted in writing.

Early or late arrival

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be advised in writing to EECW Pty Ltd. Please note that early check-in may require the booking of an additional room night prior to guarantee immediate access to the hotel room.

No show

Please note that any paid or unpaid ‘No Show’ at the Congress is still subject to full payment.
